The total price displayed includes all applicable taxes and excludes all applicable airport tax or other charges payable at the airport. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service requests are on a request basis only and are subject to airline(s) confirmation.

Kindly ensure that prior to travelling, your passport has a validity of minimum 6 months from the date of travel and that you have the relevant visa and immigration clearance.

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel's discretion.

• Photo ID: It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport).
• Payments: Full payment must be cleared before the check-in date unless specified otherwise.
• Cancellation: Cancellation charges depend on the hotel's policy and date of cancellation. Peak season bookings may be non-refundable.
• Extra Guest: Charges for extra mattresses/beds are applicable as per hotel policy and must be paid directly at the hotel if not pre-booked.

• If there's a mistake in the ticket, you should inform us within 1 hour or 24 hours, depending on the travel date.
• For ticket cancellations: Normal airline charges + Ritesh Travels Charges (₹400) + Convenience Charges (₹400) will be deducted.
• Bookings under special fares are fully Non-Refundable / Non-Changeable.
• Ritesh Travels reserves the right to change the terms & conditions under which the services are offered.
